Know that this venue trades under two names. The Longview Convention and Visitors Bureau still lists the same Tryon Road address as Chateau de la Vie, with a different contact and a smaller overnight figure, and older reviews and directory entries are filed under that name. The indoor space runs 4,474 square feet with custom lighting, a commercial kitchen, a 110 inch projector screen with surround sound and a monitored fire alarm, plus bridal and groom suites, separate restrooms and three guest bedrooms. Outdoor ceremony sites are scattered around the property.

It is last here on certainty rather than on quality. The property, house and event centre together, has been carried on the farm and ranch market since a listing dated March 2026, and the venue has continued taking events through 2026 alongside that.
