How did we pick these?
We started with the question that decides this category in a town of 25,000: which roofing companies are physically in Paris and Lamar County, and which ones are landing pages pointed at the town from somewhere else? Search "roofers in Paris TX" and most of the first page is the second kind.
So the list is built from records that need a real local presence behind them. Better Business Bureau files opened under a Paris address. The Lamar County Chamber of Commerce roofing directory. Federal SAFER carrier registrations. Dun and Bradstreet company profiles. Then every address and phone number was cross-checked against at least two independent sources before it went in, and where sources disagreed we published the conflict on the card instead of picking one.
There are no partners, sponsors or paid placements on this list. Hello Web Designs, which publishes this site, does have a roofing client, H&H Roofing, but it is in Sulphur Springs, about an hour south, and a Hopkins County roofer does not belong on a Paris list because of who built its website. It is ranked on merit in our Sulphur Springs roofers guide instead.
The cuts were as instructive as the picks. Paris Roofing on SE Loop 286 has an address and a phone number in two directories and nothing else at all: no website, no reviews, no independent coverage. Rhodes On Roofs shows up in Paris searches with no confirmable address. Both are probably real. We could not verify them, so they are not here.
Which roofers ranking for Paris are not actually in Paris?
Several of the strongest-looking results are honest companies with a Paris page and an office somewhere else. Lankford Roofing has been going since 1937 and is a serious outfit, headquartered at 23994 W US Highway 82 in Sherman. Nunez Roofing works out of Loop 301 in Sulphur Springs. T&R Roofing is on FM 814 in Trenton. Troy Bass Roofing comes back as Point and Greenville. Project One and Alliance both run Paris service-area pages from other towns.
None of that makes them bad. It means the crew is driving an hour or more each way, and that the warranty callout in eighteen months is a longer conversation than it would be with somebody on N Main. Below those sit the template sites, the ones with a town name swapped into a headline and a national call centre behind the form. Those we cut without a second look.
What should you know before you sign?
| Company | Based | Strongest independent record | Best for |
| Quality Roofing | N Main St | BBB accredited since 2010, trading since 1993 | The safest all-round replacement |
| Known Name Roofing | NW Loop 286 | LLC since 2013, BBB file, USDOT registered | Tune-ups, inspections, roof plus gutters |
| Asay Roofing | Paris, address not published | LLC since 2016, BBB file, chamber listing | Saturdays and commercial single-ply |
| Reliant Roofing | 19th St NW | USDOT 3171420, BBB file, Houzz portfolio | Roof and gutters as one job |
| Wallace Roofing | W Neagle Ave | D and B profile, roughly forty public reviews | Coatings and maintenance plans |
| Ben Dillard Roofing | N Main St | BBB file since 2017, sole proprietorship | Metal roofs and metal buildings |
| All Pro Roofing | Cypress Dr | Owner named, storm claim specialty | Insurance claim work |
| Lamar Roofing | W Houston St | Chamber directory listing | Storm damage and emergency tarping |
Read that middle column as evidence, not a score. BBB accreditation tells you a company has stayed complaint-free enough to keep paying for it. A USDOT number tells you it runs registered trucks. A D and B profile tells you it files like a business. None of them says the crew is good, which is what references and finished roofs you can drive past are for.
Get the inspection before you call your insurer rather than after. A written report with photographs gives the adjuster something specific to answer, and every company here will inspect without charging. Ask whether the crew is theirs or subcontracted, because that decides who picks up the phone when a shingle lifts in March. And get the workmanship warranty in writing separately from the manufacturer's material warranty. They are two different documents and only one of them is the roofer's problem.
What should you do next?
Call Quality Roofing first if you want the deepest paper trail in the county, and Known Name second so you have a comparison from a shop with an office you can walk into. If the leak is today and it is a Saturday, Asay is the only number on this page that will answer.
If hail took the gutters along with the shingles, get Reliant to quote the whole thing as one job before you split it. For a metal roof or a shop building, start with Ben Dillard. And if you are working through the rest of the house, the Paris city guide collects everything we have published here, from cabinet makers to countertops, while our roofing directory covers the rest of Northeast Texas.
